MEMORANDUM FOR:,Lt(jg) R. W. Fletcher.

Subject:        Ferry Trips.

   1. Received your letter of Jan. 1st. Goddard & Van Dyke arrived;
also the ACMM, Rust.

   2. Officers assigned to 1-D13  for temporary duty are under the
direct command of Mr. Hawkins, who may order them to make ferry
trips. The same is true of any other duties within the Squadron
and the granting of leave, as long as you are under temporary duty
with him.

   3. Let us know any new dope. Regards to all.
