Subject:       Personnel- Transfer of.

  1. Yours of Dec. 8th regarding transfer of enlisted men to Dutch
Harbor received. Glad to get the men as we need them.

  2. Despatch ordering Goddard & Van Dyke to Dutch Harbor has been
sent.

  3. Beaching gear is available for the two planes you & Roebuck
will ferry here.

  4. It will be quite satisfactory for you & Roebuck to remain in 
Kodiak until the summer months, as we will not need you here until
the days are long.
