Unfortunately the entire site will not fit on a single CD.
If you specify exactly what you want I will try to fit what I can on the disk.
All the image files are not available from within your web browser.
You will have to use Windows Explorer or similar to find them.
High-resolution images not presently available
on the web site are available. All images are not available in high resolution.
Those that are were scanned at 400dpi which will reproduce more detail than
contained in the originals. The scans are no better than the originals.
Your results will vary. There is no promise that any particular image
will be any better than what is presented on the web site.
A good image editor is suggested as some will require brightness or
contrast editing. Image filters may improve detail.
