SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
This section establishes the overall requirements for the performance of KTS
in the AFSCF System. The general requirements contained herein establish the
characteristics of the station that are necessary to interface with and
provide mission support to satellites. These requirments have been derived
from existing program level documentation, and may not in all cases, reflect
the exact parameters, and tolerences cited in the individual SCF equipment
specifications. Requirements discussed herein include:
- Identification of other system configurations interfacing with KTS
- The overall mission support function requirements of:
- Acquisition
- Tracking
- Telemetry
- Command
- The general system requirements for:
- Data Processing
- Communications
- Timing
- Checkout
