     7.  Equipment in use is as follows:

             ACS equipment

             1  line truck
             3  light trucks
             1  cable reel trailer
             1  110 cu. ft. air compressor

             Equipment borrowed from post.

             2  1 1/2 ton 4x4 cargo trucks
             4  1/2 ton weapon carriers.
             Prime movers, gravel trucks, heavy trailers
             Harborcraft as required from time to time.

     8.  The making of records of all installations is 
going forward as fast as possible with the limited per-
sonnel available. Sufficient office personnel is avail-
able but necessary field work is behind schedule. A re-
vision in the type of record to be maintained for circuits 
has been worked out and will be submitted for consideration 
of the engineer in charge of Fire Control within a few days.
