Propose to oomplete installation at Artillery Hill according to project plans except for Buskin Beach battery. c. Propose to complete tactical set-up at Miller Point, phones are already placed, switchboard cross connects and jumpers will be laid down. The Time Interval equipment placed in working order, but the adminis- trative set-up will be left alone, no new equipment to be put in use, nor any drops to be run. d. Propose not to place any equipment on Spruce Island, Kizhuyak Point, or Buskin Beach. 2. Naturally work will go on as planned and laid out under the original project until authorization for any changes are received.
